Terms of Service

iMasterUnlock is a credit-based platform for GSM device services, including carrier unlocks, FRP removal, iCloud activation services, and IMEI checks. Orders are processed through our systems and, where applicable, through third-party supplier networks.

We provide tools for professionals and resellers. You are responsible for confirming that unlocking a device is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you have the device owner's authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase wallet credits.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts are offered under Retail or Reseller roles. Reselling access to your account, sharing credentials, or attempting to access another user's account is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet balance. Wallet credits are purchased through the payment methods shown in your dashboard and are credited after verification.

Wallet credits are not cash, are not transferable between accounts, and may only be used to purchase services on iMasterUnlock.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment references. Fraudulent, reversed, or chargeback-affected payments may result in balance adjustments and account suspension.

Wholesale pricing is a restricted tier. It is granted only after our staff approve a wholesale application, and it requires two factors: business identity (shop name, Ghana Card number, and a shop front photo) and a capital commitment (a qualifying wallet balance or a verified Activation Pass payment).

Activation Pass payments must be exactly GHS 100.00, not more and not less, and must include the unique reference code assigned to your account in the transfer note. Payments sent with the wrong amount, a missing reference, or another person's reference cannot be accepted or matched, and may be rejected without credit.

You may apply for the wholesale tier only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. Submitting false business details, another person's identity documents, or another shop's photos is fraud and will result in rejection and possible account suspension.

We may revoke wholesale status at any time for abuse, fraud, or resale of access, returning the account to standard retail pricing.

Prices are calculated from the pricing tier attached to your account at the moment you place the order. Wholesale rates apply only while your account holds an approved wholesale status.

You are responsible for entering the correct IMEI or serial number and selecting the correct service. Services are device, carrier, and region specific; submitting an incompatible device may lead to rejection or, where the supplier has already processed the order, a non-refundable charge as described in our Refund Policy.

We may refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

Displayed delivery times are estimates based on supplier performance. They are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to supplier processing, device status, or carrier changes.

You may not use iMasterUnlock to process stolen devices, to bypass law enforcement, to probe or attack the platform or its APIs, or to interfere with other users. Automated access outside the documented desktop client and API endpoints is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMasterUnlock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will first be handled through our support channel; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana.
