Refund Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

iMasterUnlock operates on prepaid wallet credits. This policy explains when credits are returned and how top-up payments are handled.

1. Rejected orders: automatic refund

If an order is rejected by our systems or the supplier, the exact amount you paid for that order is returned to your wallet automatically and immediately. You will see a refund entry in your transaction ledger. No request is needed.

2. Completed and in-progress orders

Once an order has been completed by the supplier, the charge is final. Codes and unlock results that have been delivered cannot be reversed.

If an order is stuck in processing beyond its stated delivery estimate, contact support@imasterunlock.com with your order ID and we will investigate with the supplier. Where the supplier confirms the order cannot be completed, it is rejected and refunded in full.

3. Wrong-device submissions

You are responsible for entering the correct IMEI or serial number. If a supplier has already processed an order against the identifier you submitted, the charge may stand even if the identifier was entered in error. Orders rejected before supplier processing are always refunded.

4. Top-up payments

Wallet top-ups are verified before crediting. If your payment cannot be verified, it is rejected and no credits are applied. Rejected top-ups are not held by us; contact your payment provider for the status of the original transfer.

Wallet credits are not withdrawable as cash and are not transferable to other accounts.

5. Wholesale Activation Pass

The wholesale Activation Pass is a verification payment of exactly GHS 100.00. Payments of any other amount, or payments missing the reference code assigned to your account, cannot be verified and will be rejected.

Once your wholesale application is approved, the Activation Pass payment is final and non-refundable, because the verification service has been delivered. If your application is rejected, contact support@imasterunlock.com with your transaction ID so the payment can be reviewed.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact support@imasterunlock.com before opening a dispute with your bank or provider. Chargebacks on credited wallets may lead to balance reversal and account suspension while the case is reviewed.
